Description

This Crockpot Christmas Crack recipe is the ultimate easy holiday candy—made with peanuts, chocolate, and festive sprinkles right in your slow cooker! A no-bake Christmas treat perfect for gifting, snacking, or adding to dessert trays. Easy, quick, and totally addictive!


Ingredients

3 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups milk chocolate chips

2 cups white chocolate chips or almond bark (chopped)

1 cup peanut butter chips

1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

1. Add the peanuts to the bottom of the crockpot.

2. Layer semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips (or almond bark), and peanut butter chips on top. Do not stir.

3. Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 to 2 hours until the chocolate is fully melted.

4. Once melted, gently stir all the ingredients together with a silicone spatula until combined and smooth.

5. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper.

6. Immediately top with holiday sprinkles if using.

7. Let the clusters cool completely at room temperature until set.

8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.

Notes

Use a crockpot liner or nonstick spray to make cleanup easy and prevent sticking.
