Ingredients
2 pounds beef chuck
2 medium sweet potatoes

4 cups beef broth
1 can diced tomatoes

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cut the beef into bite-sized chunks and chop all vegetables evenly
