Ingredients
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the sweet potatoes to the crockpot and pour the glaze over them. Stir gently to coat.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
5. Once done, top with mini marshmallows and cover for 5–10 minutes until melted.

For extra depth, try using dark brown sugar.
