Description

Ingredients

14 sheets chocolate graham crackers

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

1 cup caramel sauce, plus more for garnish

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup chopped pecans

1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.

2. In a 9×13-inch dish, arrange a single layer of chocolate graham crackers.

3. Spread half of the cream mixture over crackers evenly.

4. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

5. Add another layer of graham crackers and spread the remaining cream mixture.

6. Drizzle more caramel and sprinkle pecans again (optional).

7. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts. Stir until smooth.

8. Pour ganache over the top and spread evenly.

9. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

10. Garnish with more caramel, chopped pecans, and sea salt before serving.

Notes

For clean slices, dip your knife in warm water and wipe dry between cuts.

Make your own whipped topping with heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla if preferred.
