Ingredients
1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 cup marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and sausage. Drain excess fat. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning; mix well.
3. Line a deep pie dish with the bottom crust.
4. Spread a layer of marinara on the crust. Add meat mixture, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Repeat layers.
5. Top with Parmesan and remaining pepperoni.
6. Cover with top crust, seal edges, and cut slits to vent. Brush with egg wash.
7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
8. Let cool 10–15 minutes before slicing.
