Ingredients
1.5 pounds sirloin or chuck steak, cubed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Trim excess fat from the steak and cut into bite-sized cubes.
