Crispy chicken meets creamy-spicy bang bang sauce in these irresistible sliders. They’re fast to make, fun to eat, and perfect for parties, snacks, or a creative dinner twist.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 cup cornstarch

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

68 slider buns

Lettuce leaves

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

12 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together egg, garlic powder, and paprika. Dip chicken pieces into this mixture, then coat them with cornstarch.
  2. Fry Until Golden: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Mix the Sauce: Stir together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
  4. Assemble Sliders: Toast buns lightly. Layer with lettuce, fried chicken, and a spoonful of bang bang sauce. Top with bun.
  5. Serve: Serve hot, optionally topped with chopped chives or green onions.
