Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
6–8 slider buns
Lettuce leaves
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1–2 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together egg, garlic powder, and paprika. Dip chicken pieces into this mixture, then coat them with cornstarch.
- Fry Until Golden: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
- Mix the Sauce: Stir together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
- Assemble Sliders: Toast buns lightly. Layer with lettuce, fried chicken, and a spoonful of bang bang sauce. Top with bun.
- Serve: Serve hot, optionally topped with chopped chives or green onions.
