Ingredients
10 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
3. Spread a spoonful of the filling evenly across each lasagna noodle. Roll each noodle tightly from one end to the other.
4. In a 9×13 baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the dish.
5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Lay noodles flat immediately after boiling to avoid tearing or sticking.
Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep and extra flavor.
Add a splash of milk to Alfredo sauce before baking if reheating from frozen to maintain creaminess.
