Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup mixed frozen vegetables

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

2. Flatten each biscuit and press into muffin cups to form small bowls.

3. In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper.

4. Spoon the filling evenly into each biscuit cup.

5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

6. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Do not overfill the biscuit cups to avoid spilling during baking.

Use rotisserie chicken to save time and boost flavor.

Let the bites cool slightly before removing to keep their shape intact.
