Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, 1 cup cheddar, and sour cream until combined.
3. Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
4. Top with remaining ½ cup cheddar and crumbled bacon.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
