Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Velveeta and stir until melted. Then stir in mozzarella until smooth and creamy.

5. Return cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss to fully coat with sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly minced garlic for best flavor.

Stir sauce constantly to avoid clumping and ensure smooth texture.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to restore creaminess.
