Description

Ingredients

1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

6 mini flour tortillas

1 cup mini marshmallows

2 tablespoons butter

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping or whipped heavy cream

2 tablespoons sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

1. Melt butter and marshmallows in a pan, stirring until smooth.

2. Dip each tortilla into the melted mixture and press into Fruity Pebbles to coat both sides.

3. Drape over a wooden spoon handle or taco rack to set into taco shape; let cool.

4. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add powdered sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped topping.

5. Transfer cheesecake filling to a piping bag.

6. Pipe filling into each cereal shell.

7. Top with extra Fruity Pebbles or sprinkles.
