Description

This Easy Herb-Crusted Boursin Chicken is a quick dinner idea that transforms simple chicken breasts into a flavorful and impressive dish. Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese (5.2 oz)

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil.

2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

3. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese over the top of each chicken breast.

4. In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, chopped rosemary, thyme, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.

5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the Boursin-coated chicken breasts, pressing gently to help it stick.

6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden brown.

7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfectly cooked chicken without drying it out.
