Description
Easy Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is the ultimate comfort meal, blending creamy Alfredo sauce, savory ground beef, and melty cheddar over tender pasta. Perfect for quick dinners, kid-friendly meals, and one-pot weeknight recipes. This cheesy pasta dish is rich, satisfying, and customizable with fun toppings like bacon or pickles.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
12 ounces short pasta (penne or cavatappi)
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break it apart with a spoon. Cook until fully browned, then drain excess fat.
2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and diced tomatoes. Cook for 2–3 minutes to blend the flavors.
3. Pour in the Alfredo sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer gently while preparing the pasta.
4. In a separate pot, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and add it to the skillet.
5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Grating your own cheese helps it melt smoother than pre-shredded.
For a cheeseburger twist, top with chopped pickles or crumbled bacon.
A splash of milk can help rehydrate leftovers when reheating.
