Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies (for crust)
5 tablespoons melted butter
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
10–12 Oreo cookies (for folding into the batter)
Additional Oreos for topping (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.

Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.
