Description

This Easy Oreo Cheesecake is the perfect no-fuss dessert, combining crunchy cookies and creamy filling into one showstopping treat. Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (for crust)

5 tablespoons melted butter

24 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1012 Oreo cookies (for folding into the batter)

Additional Oreos for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.

  3. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.

  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla.

  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each.

  6. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.

  7. Fold in roughly chopped Oreo cookies.

  8. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50–60 minutes.

  9. Turn off oven and cool inside with door ajar for 1 hour.

  10. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  11. Top with additional Oreos before serving, if desired.
