Ingredients

16 oz spaghetti

1 lb ground beef or sausage

2 cups marinara or pasta sauce

2 cups Alfredo sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.

2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5–10 minutes.

4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked spaghetti with Alfredo sauce until well coated.

5. Spread half of the Alfredo spaghetti into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

6. Spoon all of the meat sauce evenly over the pasta layer.

7. Add the remaining Alfredo spaghetti on top of the meat layer.

8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously on top.

9. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, mix some Italian seasoning into the meat sauce.

Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt and flavor.

Don’t overcook the pasta—it will continue to cook slightly in the oven.
