Easy Turkey Panini Recipe

Description

A golden, crisp panini filled with savory turkey, melty cheese, and a pop of flavor from greens and pickles. This sandwich is quick to make, easy to customize, and perfect for a satisfying meal any day of the week.


Ingredients

4 slices ciabatta or sourdough bread

8 oz sliced turkey breast

4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

1 cup baby spinach or lettuce

4 to 6 pickle slices or pepperoncini

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard or aioli

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter


Instructions

  1. Slice bread and prep ingredients: cheese, turkey, greens, and pickles.
  2. Spread mustard or aioli on the inside of each bread slice.
  3. Layer turkey, cheese, greens, and pickles.
  4. Close the sandwich and brush the outside with olive oil or butter.
  5. Grill in a panini press or skillet, pressing down firmly, until golden and cheese melts (3–5 minutes per side).
  6. Slice and serve warm.
