A golden, crisp panini filled with savory turkey, melty cheese, and a pop of flavor from greens and pickles. This sandwich is quick to make, easy to customize, and perfect for a satisfying meal any day of the week.
Ingredients
4 slices ciabatta or sourdough bread
8 oz sliced turkey breast
4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
1 cup baby spinach or lettuce
4 to 6 pickle slices or pepperoncini
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard or aioli
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Slice bread and prep ingredients: cheese, turkey, greens, and pickles.
- Spread mustard or aioli on the inside of each bread slice.
- Layer turkey, cheese, greens, and pickles.
- Close the sandwich and brush the outside with olive oil or butter.
- Grill in a panini press or skillet, pressing down firmly, until golden and cheese melts (3–5 minutes per side).
- Slice and serve warm.
