Ingredients
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a thick dough forms.
3. Fold in most of the white chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
4. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop, spacing 2 inches apart.
5. Press reserved chocolate chips on top of each cookie for a pretty finish.
6. Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set. Centers will look soft.
7. Let cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.

Press chips on top of dough balls for a professional, bakery-style look.
Add crushed freeze-dried strawberries to the dough for more berry flavor.
