Description
This creamy Eggnog Fudge is the ultimate holiday treat made with white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and classic eggnog flavor. Perfect for gift-giving or party platters, it’s an easy no-bake recipe with festive spices and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Great make-ahead Christmas dessert!
Ingredients
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons salted butter
¼ cup eggnog
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg (divided)
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and let the edges hang over for easy lifting. Lightly grease if desired.
2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth.
3. Reduce heat to low and stir in eggnog, vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg. Whisk until fully combined and creamy.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Sprinkle remaining ¼ teaspoon nutmeg over the top.
6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until completely set.
7. Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares. Serve chilled.
Notes
For best flavor, use real eggnog (store-bought or homemade) with full spice.
Don’t skip the chilling time — it ensures clean, firm cuts.
If doubling the batch, use a 9×13 pan and check for even melting.
