Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce Recipe

Description

A bold and spicy ramen dish featuring juicy grilled chicken, a rich and creamy garlic broth, and springy noodles topped with scallions and chili oil. Perfect for a flavorful dinner on a cozy night.


Ingredients

Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp chili paste or sriracha

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp honey

Ramen:

2 packs ramen noodles (no seasoning)

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp grated ginger

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chili oil (plus more for garnish)

1 tbsp miso paste (optional)

1 tsp sugar

2 green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, chili paste, garlic, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet until fully cooked and charred. Slice and set aside.
  3. In a pot, sauté garlic and ginger. Add broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, chili oil, miso paste, and sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  5. Assemble bowls with noodles, broth, chicken, chili oil drizzle, and green onions.
