Ground Beef
Cooked Long-Grain White Rice
French Onion Soup (canned or homemade)
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese (cheddar and mozzarella mix)
Caramelized Onions
Butter
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Dried Thyme
Instructions

Cook rice according to package directions (you’ll need 3 cups cooked).

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.

In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cooked rice, French onion soup, sour cream, half the cheese, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly.

Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
