1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Cut tortillas into circles if needed and bake or fry until crisp. Cool slightly.
2. Dip edges in melted white chocolate, then roll in Fruity Pebbles. Let set on parchment paper.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
4. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
5. Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into taco shells.
6. Chill filled tacos for at least 30 minutes before serving. Optional: top with extra Fruity Pebbles or drizzle chocolate.
Notes
Make sure the tortillas are fully cooled before dipping to prevent sogginess.
Chill the filling before piping for a cleaner, firmer finish.
Add fresh Fruity Pebbles on top right before serving for maximum crunch.
