Description

This Garlic Butter Beef & Cheesy Bowtie Pasta is a comforting, quick, and cheesy pasta dinner recipe made with savory ground beef, creamy garlic butter sauce, and melty mozzarella. Perfect for busy weeknights, family dinners, or meal prep. Keywords: garlic butter pasta, beef pasta, cheesy bowtie pasta, weeknight pasta recipes.

Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 lb ground beef

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

3. Add butter to the skillet with the cooked beef. Once melted, stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

4. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet and mix to coat in the garlic butter beef mixture. Reduce heat to low and sprinkle in mozzarella and parmesan. Stir until melted and creamy.

5. Garnish with additional parmesan and fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for best melting and flavor.

Add a splash of pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.

Great for freezing—just cool fully before packing in freezer-safe containers.
