Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced (plus more for sauce)

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)

1 large egg

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

3 tbsp butter (plus more if needed)

8 oz fettuccine or other pasta

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix Chicken Balls: Combine ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into small balls.
  2. Sear Chicken Balls: In a skillet, heat butter and cook chicken balls until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter for 30 seconds. Add cream and bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
