Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced (plus more for sauce)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish)
1 large egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp butter (plus more if needed)
8 oz fettuccine or other pasta
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Mix Chicken Balls: Combine ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into small balls.
- Sear Chicken Balls: In a skillet, heat butter and cook chicken balls until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
- Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter for 30 seconds. Add cream and bring to simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Toss and Combine: Add cooked pasta and reserved water to the sauce. Stir until coated. Add chicken balls and heat through.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
