Ingredients
400 g chicken breast or thighs

2 tsp Cajun seasoning
250 g macaroni or short pasta
1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup crispy fried onions
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

 - Set aside.
