Ingredients

400 g chicken breast or thighs

3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp butter

2 tsp Cajun seasoning

250 g macaroni or short pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup crispy fried onions

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet, melt butter with minced garlic, and sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, and Parmesan until melted and thickened.
