Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta is a bold and creamy pasta dish loaded with juicy seared steak bites, rich Cajun-spiced Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked twisted pasta. A must-try weeknight comfort meal packed with flavor and heat!

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes

12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter (for garlic butter)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp butter (for Alfredo)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Pat steak dry, cube it evenly, and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Sear steak cubes on each side until golden and caramelized. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and melt 3 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant. Return steak to pan, toss to coat in garlic butter, and keep warm.

4. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5. In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add Cajun seasoning and stir. Pour in heavy cream and whisk until warm. Stir in Parmesan until sauce is smooth and creamy.

6. Toss pasta in Cajun Alfredo sauce until well coated. Plate pasta and top with garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.

Notes

For perfect steak sear, don’t overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if needed.

Always use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest Alfredo texture.

Warm pasta with a splash of cream if reheating to avoid dryness.
