Steak Tips (sirloin or ribeye)
Rigatoni pasta
Butter
Garlic
Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Boil the rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain.
- Season steak tips with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with butter for 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Slowly whisk in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted.
- Mix in the cooked rigatoni. Add reserved pasta water as needed to thin the sauce.
- Fold in the steak tips and heat through. Garnish with parsley and serve.
