Greek Chili Chicken Alfredo with Smoked Feta Cream & Crispy Parmesan Asparagus is a bold, Mediterranean-inspired twist on classic Alfredo. Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, diced
2 tsp Greek chili seasoning
1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup smoked feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
1. Season diced chicken with Greek chili seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
2. Toss potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Roast at 425°F for 25 minutes on a sheet pan.
3. Add asparagus to the pan, sprinkle with parmesan and lemon zest. Roast for another 10 minutes until crisp.
4. In a saucepan, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Whisk in smoked feta and stir until creamy. Season with pepper and nutmeg.
5. Plate by spooning Alfredo in the center. Arrange potatoes, asparagus, and chicken around it. Garnish with parsley and cracked pepper.
Notes
If you can’t find smoked feta, substitute with regular feta and a pinch of smoked paprika.
Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream to restore the sauce’s silky texture.
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the chili seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
