Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

2 tbsp taco seasoning

8 tostada shells

1 cup refried beans

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup guacamole

1 cup pico de gallo

½ cup sour cream (optional)

¼ cup chopped cilantro

¼ cup chopped green onions


Instructions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it apart using a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until well coated and flavorful.

3. Warm pre-made tostada shells in a 375°F oven for 3–4 minutes, or fry corn tortillas in oil until golden and crispy.

4. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada shell.

5. Add a generous spoonful of seasoned ground beef.

6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of guacamole, a scoop of pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, and green onions.

7. Serve immediately while the tostadas are still crisp.
