Description

These Halloween Mini Pizzas are a fun and spooky twist on pizza night, perfect for kids and festive gatherings! Made with English muffins, gooey mozzarella, and creepy toppings like black olives and pepperoni, they’re quick to make and fully customizable. A savory Halloween treat that’s both delicious and adorable!


Ingredients

6 mini pizza crusts or English muffins, halved

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices

1/4 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper (optional)

2 tablespoons assorted toppings (mushrooms, red onions, jalapeños – optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the mini crusts or English muffin halves on the baking sheet.

3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each piece.

4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

5. Decorate each pizza with olives, pepperoni, bell pepper, and any other toppings to create spooky faces.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Get creative with shapes: Use cookie cutters to make ghost or bat-shaped cheese slices.
