Description

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, this Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Pasta is a quick weeknight dinner your family will love. With juicy seared chicken, ranch-seasoned sauce, and tender rotini, this pasta dish is easy to make and even easier to crave. Perfect comfort food for busy nights or leftovers!

Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless

8 oz rotini pasta

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

1 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Sear chicken on both sides for 5–6 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.

3. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4. Lower the skillet heat and add cream cheese and milk. Stir until melted and smooth.

5. Whisk in Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and remaining garlic powder.

6. Add cooked pasta into the sauce and stir to coat evenly.

7. Return sliced chicken to the skillet and sprinkle in cheddar cheese.

8. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts and pasta is heated through.

9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or extra cheese if desired.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add an extra splash of milk when reheating leftovers.

Use rotisserie chicken to save cooking time.

Add veggies like broccoli or spinach for a balanced meal.
