Ingredients
1 pound ground pork sausage
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Velveeta or processed cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Velveeta, and shredded cheddar. Mix until mostly smooth.
4. Stir in cooked sausage, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Transfer mixture to a greased 8×8 baking dish. Spread evenly.
6. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
