Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb baby potatoes diced
6 slices bacon chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup carrots diced
1/2 cup celery diced
1 small onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
4 cups chicken or beef broth
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup green onions chopped
Instructions
1. Cook chopped bacon until crispy and set aside
2. Brown ground beef in the same pot and drain excess fat
3. Add butter onion carrots celery and garlic then sauté until soft
4. Stir in potatoes and broth then simmer until tender
5. Mix flour with broth to create slurry and stir into soup
