Ingredients

2 pounds chicken thighs or chicken breasts

1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic minced

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 tablespoons water


Instructions

1. Place the chicken in the crock pot in a single layer

2. Mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper until smooth

3. Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly

4. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours

5. Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry

6. Add slurry during the last 30 minutes and stir gently
