Ingredients

3 ripe avocados

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

1 small jalapeño, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (more to taste)

1 small garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)


Instructions

1. Slice avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

2. Mash the avocado to your preferred consistency using a fork or potato masher.

3. Add chopped red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and garlic to the mashed avocado. Stir well.
