Description

This Hot Honey Balsamic Chicken Alfredo with Whipped Feta & Crispy Brussels Chips is a creamy, bold chicken pasta recipe combining spicy hot honey glazed chicken, tangy whipped feta, rich Alfredo sauce, and crispy Brussels sprouts. A gourmet weeknight meal packed with flavor and texture.


Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast or thighs

3 tbsp hot honey

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup feta cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Season diced chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot non-stick skillet with olive oil until golden and cooked through.

2. Lower heat and add hot honey and balsamic glaze. Toss until chicken is glazed and sticky.

3. Toss halved Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

4. In a saucepan, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add heavy cream. Simmer gently and stir in Parmesan until smooth.

5. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and mix with Alfredo sauce.

6. Blend feta with a splash of olive oil and cream until smooth and fluffy.

7. Plate pasta, top with glazed chicken, dollops of whipped feta, and crispy Brussels chips. Drizzle with extra balsamic glaze if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken briefly with salt before cooking.

Let Brussels sprouts cool slightly before serving to keep their crisp texture.

Use a blender for the whipped feta to get it extra airy and creamy.
