Description

This refreshing Italian Soda recipe is a vibrant, customizable drink made with flavored syrup, soda water, and cream. Perfect for parties or hot summer days, this fizzy treat is creamy, fun, and easy to make in minutes. Keywords: Italian Soda, fizzy cream soda, homemade soda drink, non-alcoholic party drinks.

Ingredients

23 tablespoons flavored syrup (cherry, raspberry, coconut, etc.)

1 cup sparkling water or club soda

2 tablespoons half & half or heavy cream

1 cup ice (crushed or cubed)

whipped cream and cherries (optional for garnish)

Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice, nearly to the top.

2. Pour the flavored syrup over the ice.

3. Slowly add sparkling water over the back of a spoon to maintain the layered effect.

4. Drizzle the cream gently over the soda mixture.

5. Top with whipped cream and a cherry, if desired.

6. Serve immediately with a straw and gently stir before drinking.

Notes

Use chilled cream to prevent curdling when it hits the soda.

For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut milk or oat creamer.

Layer slowly and stir gently to keep the visual appeal of the drink.
