Ingredients
1 lb jumbo shrimp (16/20 or 21/25 count), peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear shrimp 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Lower heat to medium. Melt butter in skillet, stir in garlic, and cook until fragrant.
