Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare three separate bowls: one with flour, one with whisked egg and milk, and one with a mixture of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each tender is fully covered.
