Description

This Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta recipe blends creamy Alfredo sauce, seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, and rotini pasta into one hearty, comforting dish. Perfect for family dinners, it’s an easy one-skillet meal ready in under 30 minutes—ideal for busy weeknights or cozy weekends. This pasta recipe is cheesy, meaty, satisfying, and makes fantastic leftovers!

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

12 ounces fusilli or rotini pasta

2 cups Alfredo sauce

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large non-stick skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

3. Season the cooked beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another minute.

4. Add the diced tomatoes and Alfredo sauce. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes to meld the flavors.

5. Stir in the cooked pasta and half the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and pasta is coated.

6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Cover and let sit for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if using.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheddar for the smoothest melt and best flavor.

To lighten it up, try ground turkey and low-fat Alfredo sauce.

Add bacon bits or jalapeños for a cheeseburger kick!
