Description

These Lobster Rolls Butter Mayo are the ultimate summer indulgence. Packed with sweet lobster meat and drizzled in a lemon-kissed mayo dressing, they’re cradled in buttery toasted buns for the perfect coastal bite. Ideal for lunch or dinner, these rolls are quick to make but feel like a luxury.


Ingredients

1 lb lobster meat (claw and knuckle preferred)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley

4 split-top hot dog buns

2 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)


Instructions

  1. Chop lobster into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine dressing with lobster and gently fold to coat. Chill for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Brush buns with melted butter and toast in a skillet until golden.
  5. Spoon lobster mixture into toasted buns and garnish with chives or parsley.
