Description

Maple Garlic Chicken Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo is a bold, flavorful dinner idea that combines sweet, sticky glazed chicken with rich, creamy Cajun-spiced Alfredo pasta. Perfect for weeknight meals or special gatherings, this comforting fusion recipe is quick, spicy, and satisfying.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

3 tablespoons maple syrup

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 oz fettuccine or linguine

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, pepper, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Mix well and shape into bite-sized balls or patties.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken bites on both sides until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.

3. Add remaining maple syrup and a splash of soy sauce to the pan. Toss to coat chicken bites and let the glaze caramelize for 2–3 minutes.

4. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Let simmer until slightly thickened, then add Parmesan and whisk until smooth.

6. Toss the pasta with the Cajun Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper as needed.

7. Serve chicken bites over or beside the creamy Cajun pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use pure maple syrup for best flavor—no artificial pancake syrups.

For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.

Reheat pasta with a splash of cream or milk to restore creaminess.
