Mediterranean Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza

A Mediterranean twist on pizza night, this recipe brings together grilled chicken, creamy tzatziki, and fresh veggies on warm, crisp naan bread. Quick, colorful, and full of bold flavor, it’s a weeknight winner you’ll want to make again and again.


Ingredients

2 naan breads

1 large chicken breast, boneless and skinless

1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice into strips.
  3. Brush naan with remaining olive oil and toast in a skillet or under the broiler until golden.
  4. Top naan with sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onions.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes until heated through.
  6. Remove and drizzle with tzatziki sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.
