Description

Craving something quick, rich, and crowd-pleasing for dinner? These Mouthwatering Chicken Tenders hit all the right notes. With crispy edges, juicy centers, and a sticky garlic butter glaze, they’re perfect for anyone needing easy dinner ideas, quick family meals, or protein-packed food ideas. Whether you’re cooking for picky eaters or prepping a cozy weeknight meal, this is a no-fuss, full-flavor solution you’ll want to make on repeat.

Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Pat the chicken tenders dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add chicken tenders in a single layer and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from skillet.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.

5. Add honey and soy sauce to the pan. Whisk well and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat each piece in the glaze. Let it simmer together for 2 more minutes.

7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches 165°F without overcooking.

For added texture, lightly dredge tenders in flour before searing.

Don’t overcrowd the pan—sear in batches if needed for even browning.
