No Bake Butterfinger Balls are quick, easy, and utterly addictive. Made with creamy peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and crushed Butterfingers, then dipped in chocolate, these sweet bites are the perfect party or holiday treat.
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (or baking bits)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cups melting chocolate or candy coating
Optional: Extra crushed Butterfinger for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together peanut butter, crushed Butterfingers, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the chocolate, shake off the excess, and return to the baking sheet.
- Optionally, sprinkle extra crushed Butterfingers on top before the chocolate sets.
- Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or refrigerate until set.
