Ingredients

1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs

6 tablespoons melted butter

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ¼ cups heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks


Instructions

4. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

7. Gently fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture in batches.

9. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
