Description

This No-Bake Chocolate Cherry Pie is a dreamy, decadent dessert with a silky chocolate filling, a buttery graham cracker crust, and juicy cherries on top. Perfect for summer or holidays, it’s easy to make, requires no oven, and is ideal for make-ahead entertaining. A no-bake pie recipe everyone will love!


Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream, divided

⅓ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups fresh or jarred cherries

1 cup whipped cream

2 tablespoons chocolate shavings or curls (optional)


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until evenly moistened.

2. Press the crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with ½ cup of heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.

4. In another bowl, whip the remaining ¾ cup of heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture until fully incorporated.

6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

7. Before serving, top with whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate shavings or curls.

8. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For clean slices, dip your knife in warm water between each cut.

Chill the pie overnight for best texture and flavor.

You can swap jarred cherries for fresh or frozen ones depending on season and preference.
