Description
No-Bake Oreo Ghost Truffles are the perfect Halloween dessert! Made with crushed Oreo cookies, cream cheese, and dipped in white chocolate, these spooky treats are easy, festive, and ideal for parties. A fun, no-bake Halloween dessert that’s creamy, crunchy, and kid-friendly.
Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies
4 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz white chocolate melting wafers
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
2. Add softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and blend with a hand or stand mixer until smooth.
3. Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls and roll them by hand.
4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the white chocolate using a toothpick or dipping tool. Let excess chocolate drip off.
7. Place the dipped truffles back on the baking sheet.
8. While the coating is still wet, press mini chocolate chips into each truffle to form ghost eyes and mouths.
9. Let truffles set at room temperature or in the fridge until firm.
10. Serve chilled or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Notes
Don’t overheat the white chocolate—microwave in short bursts to prevent scorching.
If your mixture feels too sticky to roll, chill it in the fridge for 10 minutes before shaping.
For smoother dipping, let the truffles sit for 2–3 minutes after freezing before coating in chocolate.
