Description
These No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are the perfect salty-sweet treat made with crunchy pretzels, creamy peanut butter, and a chocolate drizzle. Easy, quick, and ideal for gifting or snacking, this no-bake dessert uses pantry ingredients and sets in just 30 minutes. A must-try for peanut butter lovers!
Ingredients
2 cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Break the mini pretzels into bite-size pieces using your hands or a zip-top bag.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey (or syrup). Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
3. Pour the melted mixture over the pretzels in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently with a spatula until all pieces are evenly coated.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Scoop the mixture into small mounds using a spoon or cookie scoop.
5. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over each cluster and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes or until set.
8. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
For extra crunch and flavor, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy.
If you’re vegan, use maple syrup and dairy-free chocolate chips.
To freeze, layer clusters with parchment paper and store in a freezer-safe container.
