Ingredients
1 cup Nutella
4 oz (half a block) cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed biscuits (graham crackers or digestive biscuits)
8 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts or toasted nuts (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Nutella, softened cream cheese, and crushed biscuits. Mix until smooth and thick.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place back on tray.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top before the chocolate sets.
- Chill for 15–20 more minutes until the coating is fully set.
