Description

Creamy, nutty, and coated in smooth chocolate, these Nutella Truffles are the ultimate no-bake indulgence. Perfect for holiday gifting, party trays, or satisfying your chocolate craving, they’re quick to make and even easier to eat.

Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

4 oz (half a block) cream cheese, softened

1 cup crushed biscuits (graham crackers or digestive biscuits)

8 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, melted

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts or toasted nuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Nutella, softened cream cheese, and crushed biscuits. Mix until smooth and thick.
  2. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
  3. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate and place back on tray.
  6. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Chill for 15–20 more minutes until the coating is fully set.
